Higher Education and Job Placement.

 

Our goal is to find every PCF student a job by providing the skills to enhanceand and transform their own futures. Our aim is to teach our students a skill and help them find employment or assist them with small business start up loans. For those students who are able to go to College or University, a scholarship is already in place for them. In 5 years time over 100 of our students will be graduating from school and we suspect that many of them will not be able to reach the academic grades that they need to go on to Universities and Colleges. We have already started preparing for this by creating livelihood training projects. We have employed 3 qualified teachers in jewellery, sewing, and electronics, along with Livelihood Training and Marketing Managers who, together, are developing a range of products and are promoting them both locally and overseas. In addition to this a number of recruitment agencies and some of our corporate partners have offered apprenticeship places for our best scholars.
