Health and Nutrition.
The majority of our students have been malnourished from birth and this has severely affected their ability to learn.
When funds are available we would like to start an 'Infant to School' Feeding Program that will provide milk for the
years leading up to school as well as the provision of fruit, vegetables, and protein. This would give our next generation
of school students the very best start in life, and the ability to reach their full potential.
A feeding program of this size would cost an average of £2.50 each week until they were enrolled into our schools.
We are also planning for a school inoculation program that gives free protection against measles, typhoid, TB, Tetanus,
and Hepatitis. Each child would cost £85.00 to inoculate against these diseases.
