The feeding programme for senior citizens now includes a monthly bingo session run by the British Women’s Association in the Philippines. It gives them a chance for social connection, fun and to win practical prizes!
The British Women’s Association (BWA) are a wonderful group of women, they bring so much joy and energy every time they come to our centre.
They have embraced our senior citizen program and on top of providing rice, they run a monthly Bingo session for them too. This month they surprised them with new bedding pillows and hygiene kits.
These beautiful seniors have worked all their lives picking rubbish and maybe for the first time in their lives they feel safe and looked after.
