Helping school dropouts get back into education and change their own lives.

Upskills+ Foundation (UFI) is providing basic and functional literacy skills, knowledge and values education under Deped’s Alternative Learning System (ALS) for 100 out of school, children, youth and adults who have dropped out school and desperately want to finish their education.

As ALS exam passers the younger students can return to mainstream school in their appropriate grade level or remain in class to attain their high school diploma which then enables them to access Vocational Colleges, increasing their chances of finding sustainable employment.

Face to face and online training to prepare students for employment.

Our employment training program helps and teaches students how to write their resume, apply for jobs, apply for interviews and learn interview techniques and prepare them for employment.

Training seminars are also available in Leadership, Financial Literacy, Mindset and Mindfulness, Health, Nutrition, and Sexual Health.
